IVS – Islamabad Visa Services (“IVS”, “we”) is a visa and travel agency at Office No. 4, 2nd Floor, Margalla Plaza, F-10 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan. We provide visa application assistance, air ticketing and travel arrangements. By using this website or our services you agree to these terms.
2. Our role in visa applications
We help you understand requirements, review your documents and prepare your application. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made only by the embassy, consulate or immigration authority of the country concerned. We cannot guarantee any visa, appointment date or processing time, and we will never claim to.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us true, complete and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything submitted in your application. We will not prepare or submit an application using documents we believe to be false or misleading.
4. Fees and refunds
Our service fee is agreed with you before we start work. Embassy, visa-centre and government fees are separate; they are set by those bodies and are refundable only under their own rules. The refund terms for our service fee are confirmed in writing when you pay.
5. Tickets, hotels and tours
Air tickets, hotel bookings and tours are subject to availability and to the fare rules and policies of the airline, hotel or supplier. Changes and cancellations follow those rules, and any supplier charges are passed on to you.
6. Privacy: the information we collect
To provide our services we collect your contact details and the personal information and documents your application or booking needs (for example passport, financial and travel documents). We use them only to provide the service you asked for.
7. Privacy: how we share and protect it
We share your information only with the embassy, visa application centre, airline, hotel or supplier needed for your application or booking. We never sell your data. We keep copies only as long as needed for your service and legal record-keeping, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
